Escrow closed!! What a relief. Time to celebrate!
This is my second home Matt Hanson has helped me to buy and I just have to say Matt did a fantastic job of moving the process along and getting all that needs to get done, done. He took care of all the necessary details and gave great advice on making the right bid that got me the house I wanted. Matt invested a great amount of time helping me find the home that was right for me. Throughout the search, Matt made me feel I was his most important client. The other really important value I find with Matt is his knowledge of the Truckee/Tahoe area and the real estate market there.
