Spacious 2400+ sq ft mountain cabin in a peaceful location surrounded by nature. Centrally located with easy access to all amenities. This fully equipped 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home comfortably sleeps 10 guests, with a split accommodation design making it ideal for two families.

The Great Room features a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you should need, a living room with a stone hearth, pellet fireplace, and 50” TV, and adjacent dining area with a large dining table. There’s also a full bathroom on this level equipped with a large jacuzzi tub and Peloton exercise bike.

The front of the house is oriented around a comfortable family room complete with wet bar, beverage fridge, pellet fireplace and a 32″ TV. There’s also a full bathroom here serving the 2 adjacent bedrooms.

Bedroom Layouts –
The upper level has a primary bedroom suite with a King bed and ensuite bathroom as well as a twin room with two twin beds. Two additional bedrooms are located off the family room; a Queen bedroom and a bunk room with a triple bunk (best suited for kids) and a twin bed.

Flexible sleeping options: You’ll find a rollaway bed in the closet in the Queen bedroom, and the futon/ottoman in the primary bedroom can convert to a small bed if needed.

Fully equipped kitchen, two TVs with cable/Netflix etc., Sonos sound system, highspeed WiFi, large laundry and separate family room with games & puzzles. Outside deck with casual seating, dining and BBQ. Parking for two cars in the garage and up to four more in the two driveways.

During the winter you are only 5 minutes from the Tahoe Donner downhill and world-class cross-country ski areas and about 25 minutes to Palisades/Alpine Meadows, Northstar and Sugar Bowl for skiing. The home has good access in snow conditions and driveway clearance service.

In summer there’s lake access with a private beach at Donner Lake, highly rated golf course, equestrian, tennis, heated pools, trails and more.
