This splendid property is appointed to provide all the comforts of home while being close to world class skiing and giving you the mountain living experience. It contains a fully furnished kitchen, flat screen TV in the living room, a wood stove (wood provided). Dining table for 8 to enjoy meals at. Also included is high speed WiFi, DVD player, washer/dryer, and attached 2 car garage with a large flat driveway for additional parking

The large master bedroom has a balcony overlooking beautiful pine trees. With a attached master bath with a double vanity. The first guest room boasts a twin bunk bed with a trundle, and an additional twin sleeping 4, perfect for the kids. The second guest room has a queen bed along with a sliding door to the back deck. The lower guest rooms are located off a large back deck overlooking the greenbelt behind the home.

The greenbelt within Tahoe Donner is right behind the house. It’s a short drive to the playgrounds, fitness center, tennis courts, restaurants, and more! The Nature Loop trail across from the rec center includes interpretive signage about flora, fauna, and local history. Walk the long boardwalk across the beaver pond, check out the beaver dams and all the beaver activity. The loop trail is a great family-friendly hike, easy mountain bike ride or a snowshoe in the winter and connects you to both Tahoe Donner rec centers.

Convenient access to TD Downhill is a great place for kids, and TD XC has world-class cross-country trails. Only 15-20 min to the best ski resorts in California, including: Squaw Valley, Northstar, and Alpine Meadows.

As a guest member you will have access to all TD facilities/amenities for a small visitor fee these fees can be found on the Tahoe Donner website. Each pass is good for 4 people, each home comes with 2 passes.
